By downloading, installing, or using the MaNavi application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MaNavi is a travel guide application that provides location-based Points of Interest (POIs), multi-language support, audio guides, event information, and travel record cards. The service may rely on your device’s location services and internet connectivity.

3. User Accounts

Certain features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Location Services

MaNavi may use your device’s location data to provide nearby POI information. You can disable location services in your device settings, though this may limit functionality.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App (including text, graphics, audio, images, and software) are the property of MaNavi or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile the App.
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the App.
  • Upload harmful or malicious content.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.

7. Premium Plans

MaNavi may offer premium subscriptions with additional features. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund policies are governed by the applicable app store and any additional terms presented during purchase.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any POI information, directions, or content within the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MaNavi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
